The Art of presenting 

For many, presenitng in public generates a series of different feelings. There are those who develop quickly and conciensely speechs since they have grater skills when addressing the public, and in other cases, presenting in public can generate nerves, anxiety , and difficulty expressing themselves. The personal and group experience varies according to our way of managing a present audience. As a class, we had the opportunity to learn the different ways to reach the audiencce and observe and analyze how a good presentation can be generated, from the way it is prepared to the moment is presented.

Group # 1 

The first group was in charge of covering very relevant topics related to the importance of personal security that must be developed in order to reach the public in a calm and friendly way. It is important to highlight that this presentation told us about how human beings, when having and audience can react in different ways; and how to avoid uncomfortable situations such as long pauses when speaking or insecurity when expressing themselves. Also the importance of having a broad and respectfulvocabulary.

Furthermore, one of the relevant points that I must highlight during the grouo # 1 presentation is the topic of respectful presentations. We live in a very diverse society where we must be awere that our public is the same. Strong comments related to political, religious or orientation should be avoided. Sensitive topics must be spoken with respect and also have respect for the person presenting as this generates a harmonious enviroment.

Group # 2

In the second part we find group # 2, who was in charge of providing continuity in the way a presentation should be generated. This group focused more on how the presentation should be crated on structural issues from beginning.

We learned topics such as. how to find information and support your ideas, how to organize and outline your presentation, how to deliver a speech, which words to choose and how to engage in visual resources and presentation technology.

Aditionally, one of the topics that i considered important during this presentation was the importance of a good introduction and conclusion. The introduction is everithing that will make the audience feel interested when listening to you. It must be attractive and present the main idea. Likewise, the conclusion is the way to reiterate the main ideas and verify an initial thesis, which remind the listener of the initial purpose.

Group # 3 

This was the last group presenting in which important topics were discussed, according to different types of presentation and how to reach different audiences. In addition, all the information about the appendix section were presented.

This presentation was very interestiong since it told us ia a slightly more datailed way about th etypes of presentation that can be used and the different purposes it has depensing on the audience to be reached.

he topics were, how to make informative speeches, how to  make persuasive presentations, how to prepare for specail occasion presentations and how to make a good group presentation. 

Furthermore, within the appendix section I consider that very important points were given. Such as the characteristics and qualities that must be had to make a group presentation, such as, creativity, respect for others , the ability to solve problems in difficult situations and the ability to give constuctive feedback to group memebers.

Last but not least, one of the topics that in my opinion was relevant on this group was the topic of diversity, since it emphasized that diversity as human beings enriches us and help us grow. A presentation with a diverse group can be more interesting and complete, since, it allows you to speak from different points of view, you learn about other traditions and cultures, and a grather atmospher of respect is generated.

In conclusion i can say that we had the opportunity to listen to and view wonderful presentations with very valuable information for our student and professional path. I consider that learning to present and speak in public is an essential tool for life.

additionally, I must say that one of the points that most caught my attention in this case of virtual presentation is the proper use of camera and microphone. I realized the importance of the public being able to see you, a good facial expression will always be the first approach to the public.
