     Due to all the knowledge  that was given from the presentations of all 3 groups I can now say that I have way more confidence and more information on how to go by my own presentation. Each group taught on how to analysis the audience , what topics to choose from, and what to  avoid. In my opinion all three group presentations inform the importance of making a presentation a good one . 

Group 1

First and formal group 1 had a well organized presentation they informed the class on how public speaking is important because without any communication skills it would be nearly impossible to be in the working world or life in general. Public speaking helps with forming connections, builds confidence, and motivate change. They also informed us on what should be avoided in a presentation I found this particular section important because it talks about how you should avoid exhausted topics, illegal items and activities talking on that sort of subject can lead to suspension in school or maybe even jail, insulting  the audience is also on the list of things to avoid the least thing you want to do is upset the audience ! I have struggled with having to present in front of the audience, but after group one presentation i built up courage to overcome my fear in public speaking , i learned the importance of it , the process, what to avoid, and how not to bore the audience with an exhausted topic.   

GROUP 2

Organization and structure is extremely important when it comes to presenting. Group 2 informed us on how  to structure the way you are going to approach your topic to the audience. When presenting to an audience about a topic you want to assure the audience that you have either a personal experience or any type of source such as a library or an article on the web just to back up the information you are informing the audience about. Citing the sources is very important , when citing you want to make sure that the source you are using is 100% trustworthy with that being said you want to always make sure you cite when you use sources to avoid any plagiarism. They also stated how a well organized presentations gives an audience a better understanding of the topic . With your presentation being organized you will have more confidence when talking to the audience. Group 2 did an outstanding job explaining how structure, organizing, and citing can help you can a 10/10 presentation and have more confidence with speaking on the topic.









Group 3                                                                                                                                                 

In group 3 we discussed the importance  of making an informative speech , make a persuasive presentation, and how to make a good presentation. I learned that to make an informative speech the present  needs to establish a relationship with the topic. When having a relationship with the topic  the audience will be more invested in the topic that is being discussed , so for example technology would be a topic that myself and other will relate to because technology is something that we all use in todays time. group 3 did am amazing job in explaining  on how to make a good presentation i can say with this presentation I gained more confidence in doing a PowerPoint now that i know how to grab an audience attention and ways of persuading the audience .
